Returns and replacements

Damaged or wrong item

If any die arrives chipped, cracked or leaking, or you received the wrong color, email a photo to wangjaden51@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement set or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll reship or refund it.

Changed your mind

You can return unused dice in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by you. Email us first and we'll send the return address.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
